All microphones, any in-ear earphones, or in-ear monitors, and any other items that touch your mouth, your nose, or inner ear cannot be returned once opened due to health laws. Special order goods ordered to your specification cannot be returned. Photographs, Pictures and Images All photography, pictures and images of all products and similar items on the site are for illustrative purposes only unless otherwise expressly noted.

Return of faulty goods - the following are guidelines Wherever possible we will respond to your individual circumstances. Most goods (except consumables like sticks, heads and strings) are guaranteed by the makers against faulty materials or workmanship for twelve months. Some products are guaranteed for longer.
